How These Parents Achieve Work-Life Balance

It's all about flexibility.

Working parents have a lot on their plates these days between raising families, building careers and maintaining relationships. We spoke to parents in HuffPost's newsroom to get a sense of how they balance it all and are able to be, well, happy.

It turns out that a flexible work schedule does wonders. Many of the parents we spoke to have the ability to work remotely, which means that they can tailor their schedules around their families' needs, thus maximizing time with their kids and maintaining a solid work-life balance. Here are a few tips from them that should inspire us all.
