Comedian and actor Judah Friedlander may be best known for playing a TV writer on "30 Rock," but those who have seen his stand-up act know that he's also the self-proclaimed "World Champion of the World." His new book from HarperCollins released this week, "How To Beat Up Anybody," serves as an extensive and graphic guidebook for the elite few who think they can handle Judah's secret methods.

Judah claims that this is the "best karate book ever written" and it's hard to dispute the claim. He offers over 200 pages of advice on everything from jumping over the Grand Canyon, mastering levitation, beating up somebody on a unicycle, beating up somebody with three arms, and beating up Bert Johnston in front of his own karate school.

Here are some excerpts from this hilarious new book, which is very densely packed with pictures, text and diagrams delivering on exactly what the title promises. For more information, check out the book's website or follow Judah Friedlander on Twitter at @JudahWorldChamp.
