Tropical Storm Isaac blew over the Florida Keys Sunday before heading west into the Gulf of Mexico, where forecasters say it should become a hurricane before making landfall somewhere in the northern Gulf Coast.

Though Isaac was wide and windy, there were no major reports of damage in Miami-Dade or Monroe Counties, and hardy Keys residents described the storm as "just a summer day in Key West."

It was, to be fair, slightly more than that: More than 80,000 people are reportedly still without power Monday morning in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, almost 600 flights were grounded in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, and the storm prompted school closures for Monday.
