'I Married A Mobster': After Relentless Badgering From Her Husband, Woman Gets Lifetime Restraining Order (VIDEO)

'I Married A Mobster': Woman Gets Lifetime Restraining Order

Sharon McDonnell developed a bit of a reputation as a mafia girlfriend. She took the classic theory that girls just love bad boys to the ultimate extreme, hooking up with one connected mobster after another. On "I Married A Mobster" (Wed., 10 p.m. ET on ID), McDonnell revealed how one of those husbands pushed her to a rather extreme solution.

Joe was involved with the Genovese crime family, but he was also a bit abusive and apparently a lot obsessive. She fled in the middle of the night, all the way to Florida. But Joe followed her there, and brought her back home.

Joe was relentless, though, so much that the court gave her something she claims most women can't get. McDonnell scored a lifetime restraining order against Joe. But even that didn't keep him from calling her.

McDonnell said it wasn't until she remarried that Joe finally left her alone for good.

More true stories of mafia mistresses unfold every week on "I Married A Mobster," Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on ID.
