Police saw right through this one.

The Boulder County Sheriff's Office in Colorado tweeted a photo on Friday showing the X-ray image of a man's pet iguana that he tried to bring into the local justice center.

The iguana is not a service animal, causing the pet and it's owner to be denied access to the building.

"Apparently he was there with some friends, so he waited outside with his iguana," sheriff's spokeswoman Carrie Haverfield explained to the Daily Camera.

Boulder County Sheriff Cmdr. Mike Wagner told CBS4, “People are just odd, sometimes.”
