Wife Makes Shocking Accusation Against Husband On 'Iyanla: Fix My Life' (VIDEO)

WATCH: Wife Makes Shocking Accusation Against Husband

Spiritual life coach Iyanla Vanzant traveled to the suburbs of Detroit to meet with Don and Felisha, a couple whose marriage is riddled with anger, guilt and resentment. Though they were once happily married, Felisha's medical issues and Don's online affair with another woman have left the relationship in turmoil.

Felisha's medical problems stem in part from a car accident in which the couple's vehicle hit a pole. She feels bitter and resentful toward Don because he was driving. On "Iyanla: Fix My Life," she describes what happened and makes a shocking accusation.

"I broke both of my legs, both ankles," Felisha says in the above video about the accident. "I had two casts all the way up to my buttocks. I was in a wheelchair."

Don walked away from the accident unhurt, but guilt-ridden. "He didn't come out with no injuries, so I was messed up and I felt like because he was driving, he should have had more control," Felisha says. "I just set blame on him."

When Iyanla asks Felisha if she's thought about the guilt Don has carried since the accident, she says no. "I wanted you to feel some of my hurt," Felisha tells him.

"I already did feel your hurt -- I was with you while you was going through it, while we were going through it," Don says.

"It wasn't the same for me," Felisha says.

"You wanted him to have a broken leg?" Iyanla asks.

"I didn't want him hurt," Felisha says. "I thought he had hit the pole on purpose."

"Iyanla: Fix My Life" airs Saturdays at 9 p.m. ET on OWN.
