Jennie Garth is rebounding from her split from Peter Facinelli and is already "smitten" with her new man.
According to reports, Garth is happily dating Jeremy Salken, the drummer for the electronica duo Big Gigantic, reports Us Weekly. The two have been seeing each other since October.
"He's very easygoing and chill," a source told the magazine of the 31-year-old drummer. "She loves being with the rock star. They’re together nonstop, except when she’s on mom time. They could be doing absolutely nothing and it’s still fun. They’re smitten.”
Garth's publicist was not immediately available for a comment on the new relationship.
People magazine first reported that Garth is dating Salken, revealing that the two spent New Year's together in Chicago at a Big Gigantic show.
The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress recently opened up about her painful divorce from Facinelli. The two split back in March after 11 years of marriage.
"When I'm in excruciating pain, like with what I've been through with my breakup and that grief and loss that's just immobilizing, it helps to remember that it only lasts for 13 to 15 minutes, max. And then it's over," Garth told Health magazine, via Entertainment Tonight. "Your mind is ready to go to something else. You might come back to it, but it helps to just know that that pain is not going to last forever."
She also talked about dating again, saying, “Looks aren’t important to me anymore … I like positive energy.”
Garth, who was also once married to musician Daniel Clark, has been romantically linked to a few other men since splitting from Facinelli, including photographer Noah Abrams.
As for Facinelli, the "Twilight" actor is currently dating his "Loosies" co-star, Jaimie Alexander, who is 10 years his junior.
