Exes Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli have finally sold the California mansion they once called home.

Garth and Facinelli sold their Toluca Lake home for $3.99 million to “The Big Bang Theory” co-creator Bill Prady, the Los Angeles Times reported. The 8,416-square-foot house, built in 1937, boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a bar room, two master suites, a gym, a pool and a five-car garage.

RadarOnline.com reported the sale was $2 million less than the original asking price.

The former "90210" star and her then-husband purchased the pad in 2003, just two years after they got married, for $1.35 million, the LA Times noted.

The sale of the house comes two months after Garth and Facinelli's divorce was finalized. In June, the pair agreed to share custody of their three children -- Luca Bella, 15; Lola Ray, 10; and Fiona Eve, 6 -- and to contribute equal amounts to joint bank accounts set up for the girls, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Facinelli filed for divorce last year citing "irreconcilable differences" after 11 years of marriage.
