Jerome Felton Arrested In McDonald's Drive-Thru? Vikings Fullback Busted For DWI

Vikings Player Arrested In McDonald's Drive-Thru

Vikings fullback Jerome Felton was arrested on Friday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. The team told the Associated Press that it is aware of the situation and working to gather more details of the arrest..

A spokesperson for the Eden Prairie police has already provided some information on the situation. According to an e-mail received by 1500 ESPN Twin Cities on Monday, the spokesperson wrote that police responded to a call from McDonald's near Minneapolis at approximately 3 a.m. due to Felton waiting in the drive-thru lane intoxicated.

The 25-year-old was reportedly charged with second- and third-degree DWI with an aggravating factor of "refusal to take an alcohol breath test."

Oddly enough, this is not the first time that a Vikings player has caused a problem at a McDonald's.

It was just a little more than a year ago when star running back Adrian Peterson got a McDonald's employee fired for letting him in to use the bathroom after hours. He too walked up to the fast food restaurant at 3 a.m.

Once the media caught wind of the story, McDonald's gave theex-employee her job back.
