In Pueblo, a 35-year-old man is listed in critical condition after a bar fight left him disemboweled, according to the Associated Press.
Jesus Gutierrez was stabbed in the abdomen after a fight broke out among Gutierrez and a group of women who were reportedly accompanied by his estranged wife.

A Pueblo police report reveals that Gutierrez may have accidentally pulled out his own stomach after trying to remove the three-four inch pocket knife that Nieves allegedly used to stab him. Gutierrez told police that he was trying to walk home after leaving the bar, El Paisano's, when a maroon-colored SUV pulled up alongside him with Nieves hanging out of the passenger side and stabbed him. The group of women who confronted him previously at the bar were said to be upset with Gutierrez for his treatment of his wife.
"He says when he was trying to get away, he noticed something coming out of his body and he reaches and grabs onto it and pulls it," Pueblo Police Sgt. Eric Bravo told KRDO. "Whatever he was grabbing onto, he couldn't pull it out. So he yanked real hard and it came out, and he threw it on the ground and kept running."
Bravo says that the stomach will be have to be examined by a forensic pathologist to determine exactly how it could have fallen out.
Nieves has reportedly confessed to the stabbing.

Pueblo Police Sergeant Eric Bravo said in a statement:
Mr. Gutierrez's stomach actually fell out of his body cavity. One of our crime scene officers found it, collected it and it was taken to (the hospital), but the doctors said there's no way they could attach it.
The Pueblo Chieftain reports that after being stabbed, Gutierrez ran to a friend's house for help about three blocks away, when his stomach fell out.
Police say they have arrested Shereen Nieves, 22, who is suspected of the attempted first-degree murder and assault. KKTV reports that she is a friend of Gutierrez's wife and is being held in the Pueblo County Jail.
