On November 1, John Mellencamp will stop in Cincinnati on his No Better Than This tour -- and you could win two tickets to see him perform live.
Mellencamp, whose new album No Better Than This drops next week, will swing through the Midwest on his own following a tour with Bob Dylan. His new record has been praised by critics, with Greg Kot of the Chicago Tribune writing, "whatever you think of Mellencamp, this is the kind of record that will compel a re-evaluation."
Mellencamp is slated to play the crowd-pleasers ("Pink Houses" and "Paper In Fire") along with tunes from his "stripped down" new album produced by T Bone Burnett, which draws on blues, folk, gospel and rockabilly.
HuffPost Chicago is branching out of the Windy City and hosting a contest for 12 other locations as well. Aside from his Cincinnati date, Mellencamp will play in Chicago (11/26-27); St. Louis, Mo.
