John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John Stage Impromptu 'Grease' Reunion For Christmas Album

'Grease' Reunion! John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John Team For Christmas Album

John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John and the holiday season go together like ramma lamma lamma ka dinga da dinga dong, which is why the former "Grease" stars are putting out a Christmas album.

Titled This Christmas: John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John, the album marks the first time Travolta and Newton-John have gotten together for a project since "Two of a Kind" was released in 1983. (The pair met up in 2008 for a Qantas airline event.) Of course, Travolta and Newton-John are most famous for starring as Danny and Sandy in the 1978 musical "Grease."

"My desire was to make This Christmas an intimate album, not something too ostentatious or showy," Travolta said in a statement. "I wanted people to be able to play it around the house or in the car during the holidays, and make us part of your celebration."

In addition to the erstwhile Rydell high school it-couple, Barbra Streisand, Kenny G and Tony Bennett will all reportedly appear on the album as well.

This Christmas is set for release on Nov. 13. Head over to TheInsider.com for more.
