'Conan''s On-Set Moon Burns Out Mid-Show, Leads To Mockery From Kathy Griffin (VIDEO)

Kathy Griffin Pokes Fun At 'Conan''s Technical Difficulties

Kathy Griffin may be unpredictable, but she can be counted on to go blue at any opportunity. With her latest appearance on "Conan," she wasted no time going there at all. There was a technical issue during a commercial break when the light bulb for Conan O'Brien's big moon went out. The crew was unable to fix it before Griffin came on.

Griffin, who has her own talk show on Bravo, wasted no time in poking fun at the technical problem. She came out and said, "This is a big, expensive, fancy show. I’m not complaining about live over at Bravo," she said. "Over in the garage over at Bravo. Just saying."

Then, when O'Brien said she was "sitting in front of a dead moon," Griffin took it to mean something else entirely.

"You keep my vagina out of this," she said in mock anger. "The dead moon is doing just fine. How dare you sir!" Of course, she went there.

"Kathy" can be seen on Thursdays at 10 p.m. EST on Bravo, while "Conan" airs weeknights at 11 p.m. EST on TBS.
