If you have goals to become stronger and more fit, you'd be wise to follow Instagram's favorite fitness celeb, Kayla Itsines.
Using the handle @kayla_itsines, the Australian personal trainer posts daily workouts, colorful and healthy meals and words of wisdom on her account. Itsines' four million plus followers share their body transformations with the workout guru and, if they're lucky, the trainer will post them on her own account.
Thanks to her massive following, Itsines has been able to produce workout programs, meal plans and a mobile app for users to take her exercises anywhere.
You can get a taste for the types of moves she uploads to her "Sweat With Kayla" app in Refinery29's video above. In this particular clip, Itsines demonstrates an "in-and-out pushup." It's a full-body workout that requires nothing but your own strength and determination.
