Kirstie Alley's New TV Land Show Gets A Celebratory Piano Ballad (VIDEO)

A Kirstie Alley Love Song?

TV Land has released a piano ballad, "Life With Maddie," dedicated to Kirstie Alley's character Maddie Banks from the network's newest sitcom, "Kirstie."

Sitting behind a piano in a lavish penthouse, Arlo Barth (played by Eric Petersen) sings a sweet number about his recent reunion with his long-lost biological mother, Broadway star Maddie. The song may sound like a Michael Bolton B-Side, with Arlo singing about living with Maddie, but the lyrics actually mention gambling, pot brownies and Maddie loving Arlo almost as much as she loves her Tony award.

The new TV Land series stars Alley as a Broadway diva whose son comes back into her life after giving him up for adoption 26 years prior. "Kirstie" is Alley's first series since Showtime's "Fat Actress" and also marks the return of Michael Richards from "Seinfeld" and Alley's former co-star, Rhea Pearlman from "Cheers."

Watch TV Land's take on the love song above, and tune in for the premiere of "Kirstie" on TV Land on December 4.
