Kylie Minogue: Giuliana Rancic And I Bonded Over Breast Cancer Battle

Minogue On Rancic: 'I Know Exactly Where She Is Coming From'

International pop diva Kylie Minogue has expressed gratitude to fans for giving her the opportunity to celebrate 25 years in the music business, after first releasing "The Loco-motion" in Australia in 1987.

However, one star is thanking Minogue for helping her through a very difficult time in her life. Minogue and E! host Giuliana Rancic recently bonded over surviving breast cancer, E! News reported.

"We did have a little chat about it," Minogue said. "You know, I know exactly where she is coming from because when you find yourself in that situation you are looking for things to grasp on to, so if there is a particular story you can relate to, or that can help you, then I'm honored that I'm able to do that for other people. Now she's in the same situation. You pass it on."

To mark her milestone, Minogue has released a new single called "Timebomb," and has put out a new greatest-hits album called The Best of Kylie Minogue. But she never forgets who has made it all possible.

"It's such a great year to be able to celebrate with the fans and really remind them that none of this would have happened without you," Minogue said. "It's like our community. It's very special."
