You can take the boy out of Calabasas ...
According to TMZ, Lamar Odom has moved back to the Kardashian home base of Calabasas, California. His new home is only a few blocks down from his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian within gated luxury community The Oaks. Kardashian's name is also reportedly on the the basketball star's lease, which makes sense considering Lamar's current condition.
TMZ is also reporting that the two have been spending time together and Lamar was spotted at Kardashian's humble abode on Monday "looking good."
In October 2015, Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel and immediately hospitalized, lying in a coma for several days. Kardashian has been instrumental in his recovery, despite the couple's changing marital status. The two called off their divorce a week after the incident.
The reality star author opened up about Lamar's long road back to himself during an appearance on "The Ellen Show" in November of last year.
"We tell him that he had a brain injury, but we can’t tell him how that brain injury was caused, because that will set him back,” she explained. "He never asks why he’s here. He doesn’t ask. He’s really confused a lot -- sometimes he knows who the president is and his birthday, and sometimes he thinks he’s 26, and I say, 'I bet you wish you were 26, so do I!'"
While Kardashian has maintained that she isn't planning on rekindling her romance with the former Los Angeles Lakers forward, she will always have a deep love for Odom.
"Well, I’m there helping him, and I love him and I’ve always loved him. And that will never change. I just feel like it’s a really insensitive thing to fast-forward a divorce," she told DeGeneres.
Say what you want about the Kardashians, but that family takes care of its own, and Lamar is back in the fold. #Bible.
