When we spotted Gina Riley in Washington Square Park this week, we had to get the lowdown on her beauty routine. The production coordinator caught our attention with her silky, smooth hair and stunning eyeliner.
Riley used to work at a magazine, so she's accumulated tons of beauty products. But amidst her vast collection, she always finds herself "defaulting to the really simple stuff." One of her makeup go-tos is a "really cheap Maybelline mascara" that not only lengthens her top lashes, but the bottom ones, too. The secret, she explains, is all in the application.
"The trick to mascara on the bottom lashes is using just a tiny bit. I always clean my brush off a lot and try to get as little product on it as possible. And then I use a curler on the top lashes." Voilà! You've got commercial-ready eyelashes.
