Lindsay Lohan Confident Judge Will Set Her Free

Lindsay Lohan’s hearing is scheduled for Jan. 25 to decide if the troubled actress will face up to 245 days in prison for her probation violation; however, Lindsay isn’t worried. She is said to be telling friends that the law has always been fair to her up until now and that she doesn't think she has done anything wrong.

“We are not sure if Lindsay knows how serious this is,” one friend of Lindsay’s tells The Huffington Post. “She has been in front of judges so many times at this point that she’s not particularly worried. Lindsay has total faith in her lawyer and the criminal justice system. As far as she’s concerned she did nothing wrong.”

Commissioner Jane Godfrey, who will arraign Lindsay, is reportedly not a big fan of jail and has often sentenced counseling instead.

“Lindsay has no intention of changing her behavior leading up to the hearing. She plans to enjoy the holidays going out to clubs and parties with friends,” says one close source. “She thinks she’s the victim and is confident the judge will see that too.”

Lindsay’s spokesperson did not return our calls for comment.
