Lindsey Vonn On Tiger Woods Relationship: 'We're Happy' And 'We're Similar' (VIDEO/PHOTOS)

Although Lindsey Vonn didn't have her boyfriend, Tiger Woods, in tow at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York on Monday, she did plenty of talking about him and their relationship.

"We just are happy," the Olympics skier told People Magazine. "We're similar. We're both at the top of our sports, and we relate really well to each other."

Woods and Vonn went public with their relationship in March and have been seen together quite often since, including jet skiing over Memorial Day weekend. Woods previously accompanied Vonn on the red carpet at the Costume Institute Gala in New York in May. Woods reportedly overindulged in adult beverages at the ensuing party, but his relationship with Vonn is apparently as strong as ever.

“That was fun,” Lindsey told EXTRA at the CFDA event. “I don’t know if he really thought it was as much fun as I did. He enjoyed it, just not the red carpet stuff. Hopefully, he will come back. Maybe I have a little convincing to do.”
