Lollapalooza 2013 Early Bird Passes Sells Out In Six Minutes, Three-Day Passes Sell Out Shortly After

Lollapalooza 2013 Early Bird, Three-Day Passes Sell Out

Updated story

After the deeply-discounted $75 "souvenir" passes sold out in a "secret sale" held Thursday, Lollapalooza 2013 Early Bird tickets are gone — as are the regular three-day passes.

The festival tweeted less than an hour after the sale started:

(UPDATE 4/1/13: See the list of confirmed Lollapalooza 2013 acts below.)

Early bird passes, which offered three-day admission at a discount of $200, sold out in six minutes according to DNAinfo Chicago. The regular-priced three-day tickets became available after the early bird sellout and were exhausted within the hour.

Individual one-day passes at $95 each will go on sale when the full lineup is officially revealed April 9.

News of the discounted sales broke earlier in March just as new lineup confirmations surfaced.

While many of the bands confirmed so far are Lolla veterans, there are still few female (or black, or Latino...) artists on the bill.
