Malala Yousafzai Just FaceTimed With Justin Bieber

We don't often get jealous of Justin Bieber, given his antics throughout the past year, but on Wednesday the 20-year-old pop star got to FaceTime with an amazing young woman.

That's right, Bieber and Malala Yousafzai, a 17-year-old Pakistani education activist, had a video chat on their phones via FaceTime.

Biebs posted a screenshot of the exchange on Instagram:

"Just got to FaceTime with Malala Yousafzai. She has such an incredible story. I can't wait to meet her in person and talk about how I can support her and the @malalafund," he wrote in the post, referencing the advocacy group Yousafzai heads which promotes girls' access to education worldwide.

Next up, Yousafzai will get some actual face time with one of the world's most influential women, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. On Aug. 8, Sandberg will moderate a Q&A with Yousafzai, hosted by Facebook Live and LeanIn.org. Those interested in participating can submit a question for Yousafzai at Facebook Live's website, Facebook's Non-Profits page, LeanIn.org's Facebook page and the Malala Fund's Facebook page.
