The 2004 film "Mean Girls" is brilliant on its own. But combine its witty one-liners with politics, and somehow the dialogue gets even funnier. That's what the new "Mean Girls of Capitol Hill" Tumblr does -- and we dare you not to laugh while reading it.

The blog, created by 23-year-old Ellie Hall, pairs stills and dialogue from "Mean Girls" with photographs of politicians like Barack Obama, Michele Bachmann, John Boehner, Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Nancy Pelosi. "I thought of the Mean Girls blog while driving to work," Hall told The Huffington Post in an email. "If an idea pops into my head and makes me laugh, I'll try to turn it into something that I can share with other people."

Hall also made it clear that the Tumblr is about humor -- not partisanship. "It makes me happy that my blog has bipartisan appeal, and I try very hard to keep it that way," she wrote. "I think political humor is funnier when you poke fun at everyone equally."

This isn't the first time someone has thought of putting excerpts of the "Mean Girls" script, penned by Tina Fey, into political figures' mouths. After Lindsay Lohan endorsed Mitt Romney for president in October, the "Romney Mean Girls" Tumblr was born.
