'Mobbed': Nick Nearly Leaves After Arguing With A Fake Record Producer (VIDEO)

'Mobbed' Stunt Nearly Breaks Up Brothers' Band

Howie Mandel pulled out all the stops to help Tim apologize to his brother and former bandmate Nick on the latest installment of "Mobbed" (Wed., 9 p.m. EST on Fox.). There was a professional dance crew on hand, as well as rapper Ace Hood, DJ Ravi and even Everclear frontman Art Alexakis. The latter was on hand to present Nick with an authentic Gibson Les Paul guitar.

But Nick proved a difficult target, after the actor hired to play a record producer pushed some of his buttons. Musical integrity was clearly pretty important to Nick, as he flipped his lid when the fake producer started presenting his ideas to make Nick's music more "marketable."

"We've made it a rap song," he explained. "And then I've replaced your voice with a rapper."

That was the last straw for Nick. He became livid and started yelling at the producer. He even started flinging threats of lawsuits around to the dancers who were trying to guide him where he needed to be for the flash mob presentation. Nick was so angry, he couldn't comprehend what was happening for the longest time.

Tempers apparently run in the family, as the brotherly feud began when Tim got mad at Nick, stole all his clothes and sold his guitar. He then found out that Nick had been planning a surprise party for him the whole time, making him look even worse. The brothers were able to reconcile their differences, and even got back together to perform for the flash mob crowd.

"Mobbed" continues next Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST on Fox.
