I recently appeared on ESPN 680 Louisville with Andy Sweeney to break down all the ins and outs of the 2011 NBA Draft.

Specifically, I not only talked about the infusion of Europeans and what we can expect from them in terms of immediate impact, but also tried my hand at pronouncing a few of the more challenging names.

I also broke down Bismack Biyombo and the defensive presence he will immediately bring to the Bobcats as a relentless worker and physical presence.

I also highlighted the Washington Wizards as having one of the premier draft classes by not only taking big man Jan Vesely, but also in grabbing Chris Singleton and second round pick Shelvin Mack, who represents excellent value in the second round.

Further, I also dished on a couple Eastern Conference teams, namely Cleveland Cavaliers, specifically on GM Chris Grant taking Tristan Thompson at four. While it was a reach, he will complement No. 1 pick Kyrie Irving very well both in the halfcourt and on the break. I also spoke about the Pistons nabbing Brandon Knight at eight, who is an elite talent but could struggle as an NBA lead guard.
