Whether it’s about immigration or the economy, GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump loves to attack President Barack Obama’s leadership. Trump has even called him “the worst president” in U.S. history. Obama’s reaction? LOLZ.

Trump’s latest line of attack was that America’s top generals have been “reduced to rubble” during Obama’s tenure. When asked by a reporter if he wanted to respond to those remarks, the president simply laughed it off.

He also threw in few digs at Trump’s own resume.

“I don’t think the guy’s qualified to be president of the United States,” Obama said. “Every time he speaks, that opinion is confirmed.”

The president referred to Trump’s behavior as “completely unacceptable and outrageous” and called his ideas “ill-informed” and “outright wacky.”

As a foreign leader, “you actually have to know what you’re talking about,” he added. “When you speak it should accurately reflect thought-out policies that you can implement.”

POTUS didn’t call out any specific problematic proposals, but there’s a host of issues that he could have been referring to. Trump’s plan to build a wall on the U.S. border with Mexico ― and somehow make Mexico pay for it ― is high on that list. Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has repeatedly said that his country will not pay for such a wall.

Editor’s note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims ― 1.6 billion members of an entire religion ― from entering the U.S.
