'One Life To Live' Series Finale: The Final Scene (VIDEO)

'One Life To Live' Says Goodbye With A Shock!

Note: The following contains spoilers about the series finale of "One Life to Live," which aired Fri., Jan. 13 on ABC.

After 44 seasons and 11,105 episodes, "One Life to Live" has come to an end. On the final episode of the soap, which premiered on July 15, 1968, several lose ends were tied up -- literally and figuratively -- for the fine folks of Llanview. And of course, many jaws hit the floor.

Clint and Viki, the on-again-off-again king and queen of Llanview were back on, seemingly for good this time after Viki learned Clint is the biological father of Jessica. In the final moments of "One Life to Live," seen above, Todd and Blair's intimate moment was spoiled by John McBain, who was there to arrest Todd for Victor Lord Jr.'s murder. But, as viewers were shocked to find out, Victor Lord Jr. is alive, being held prisoner by none other than the nefarious Allison Perkins.

But there's good news for mourning "OLTL" fans: Blair and Todd's storyline is far from over. "One Life to Live" stars Kassie DePaiva, Roger Howarth, Michael Easton and Kristen Alderson will move over to "General Hospital" to continue the "One Life to Live" legacy.

"We have a very exciting story planned for the citizens of Port Charles, with Sonny Corinthos at the center of it! I am confident viewers and fans alike will be excited for the arrival of John (Easton), Starr (Alderson), Blair (DePaiva) and Todd (Howarth)," Frank Valentini, "General Hospital" executive producer, said in a statement. "Incorporating characters from 'One Life to Live' continue the legacy of the show as we weave them into 'General Hospital.'"
