Via LA Weekly, the historic Hancock Park mansion of Warner Bros. Studio co-founder Harry Warner, which was originally listed at $4.75M, has sold for $2.9M. The 5,555 sq. foot, 14 room Colonial Manor was built for Warner in 1923. Located on Rossmore, the estate features 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a tennis court, a pool, a guest house, two marble staircases, and the original basement screening room said to have hosted many of Old Hollywood's most glamorous players.
