Barack Obama continues to embrace his message of change, even in his personal life. The President-elect recently shared that he will be returning to his Chicago home during breaks in his presidential schedule.

Past presidents have preferred more sprawling, private oases: JFK had Hyannis, Nixon wintered in Key Biscayne, the Reagans retreated to Rancho del Cielo in Santa Barbara, and the Bushes had Kennebunkport and, now, Crawford Ranch.
