Addison has come a long way romantically since viewers first met her on "Grey's Anatomy." On this week's installment of "Private Practice" she took an even bigger step. And one that isn't traditionally taken by the woman in a relationship.
Out of nowhere, looking up at Jake holding the baby, Addison said, "I love you. And you’re the last man I wanna say that to. Let’s get married." Fans won't have to wait long to see his response either, as a special "Jake-centric" episode airs Wednesday night this week.
There was no wait at all to see how Addison would deal with the arrival of Henry's biological mother Judi, who asked to be a part of his life. While she was understandably reluctant at first, Addison came around and agreed that Henry deserved to have both of his mothers in his life.
Things are winding down on the final season of "Private Practice." The next episode airs Wednesday, November 21 at 10 p.m. ET, before settling back into its usual day and time of Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
