Coffee stout, pumpkin beer: been there, done that.

It was only a matter of time before pumpkin spice latte beer fell into our laps, and thanks to Breckenridge Brewery, here we are.

The Colorado brewery just added a nitro pumpkin spice latte, made with "carefully roasted, cold-pressed coffee beans" from the nearby Cabin Coffee Company and real pumpkin‚ plus the usual suspects: cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, to its lineup.

Though this isn't the first (Atwater Brewery had a dark ale version), and with a kit from Northern Brewer, you can make your own at home, the addition of nitro is what makes this such an exciting novelty. This means the bubbles are smaller, so the beer tastes smoother and has a creamier head--a perfect texture keeping with the PSL theme.

Use the brewery's website to find the closest beer to you, so you can PSL your way from morning 'til night. We can feel the excitement brewing.
