Raffaele Sollecito, Amanda Knox's Ex-Boyfriend, Posts Pictures Of New Girlfriend Annie Achille

Amanda Knox's Ex-Boyfriend's New Fiance?

Raffaele Sollecito, the ex-boyfriend of Amanda Knox, seems to be adjusting well to life on the outside after spending four years in prison.

Multiple news outlets are reporting that the 27-year-old has made his relationship with Annie Achille public by posting pictures of the two of them together on Facebook.

In the photos posted by Sollecito, he is seen hugging and kissing Achille, 26 -- an Italian volleyball player.

Beneath the pictures, he has written "I love you Annie" and comments how she takes his "breath away" and how "beautiful" she is.

Fox News adds that the two have updated their relationship statuses on Facebook to "engaged," so there could be nuptials in the not-too-distant future.

"It's just a normal relationship with a girl," Francesco Sollecito, Raffaele's father, told Italian news agency Agenzia Nazionale Stampa Associata, according to the Telegraph. "I knew her before because she is a distant relation of our family, but we're not well acquainted."

He added: "After four years in jail, my son is slowly returning to a normal life. But it's not easy."

Knox, for her part, is reported to be living with James Terrano, a former boyfriend, in a Seattle apartment.

Knox and Sollecito, along with Rudy Guede, were convicted in 2009 in the 2007 murder of Meredith Kercher, Knox's roommate at the time.

But Knox and Sollecito's convictions were overturned in October of last year, while Guede, whom the Associated Press describes as "a small-time drug dealer and drifter," is still serving a 16-year sentence.
