"Top Chef All-Stars" winner and HuffPost blogger Richard Blais stopped by "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" last night to make the host some dinner. Blais started out making whiskey sours, but he instead make whiskey sauerkrauts -- using sauerkraut juice in addition to lemon juice and sugar, as well as a pickled Brussels sprout in place of a cherry. "You look frightened, a little scared," Blais said to Fallon.

Blais then moved on to the main course, in which he tried to re-create the TV dinner, Richard Blais-style. He used meat glue to attach a rack of lamb to a sous vide Salisbury steak. For dessert, Fallon took the reins and made some ice cream using liquid nitrogen. "Liquid nitrogen, that's what I'm talking about," said Fallon, "That's Richard Blais!"
