Rihanna's body is fairly well inked at this point, but that didn't stop her from adding to the canvas this weekend. The singer stopped by New York's Bang Bang Tattoos to add a large cross to the tribal design that already decorated her wrist and hand.

Rihanna is a big fan of tattoo artists Bang Bang McCurdy and Cally–Jo, who work out of the Lower East Side Manhattan tattoo parlor. Back in October, the duo flew down to the Dominican Republic to give the star a henna–inspired tattoo on her right wrist and hand. They worked around Rihanna's existing tribal Maori tattoo as they carefully drew and tattooed the intricate design.

So, it's no surprise that the "Stay" singer returned to Bang Bang Tattoos early Saturday morning (Jan. 11) to add to the design. Reportedly, Rihanna stayed at the shop from midnight until 5 a.m. getting a cross added on the inside of her wrist.

Bang Bang tattoos posted a photo of the finished product on their Instagram account, writing, "I love tattooing @badgalriri," in reference to the singer's Twitter handle.

This isn't the first cross tattoo for the 25–year–old. In 2012, Bang Bang McCurdy tattooed a small cross onto Rihanna's collarbone. At the time, McCurdy told Us Weekly, "She always flips out [when it's done] and jumps up and down like a 16-year-old girl getting her first car."

What will be next in Rihanna's tattoo portfolio? Your guess is as good as ours.
