Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson And More Celebs Are Back, Begging You To Vote

Don't you dare let Robert Downey Jr. down!

Joss Whedon assembled his superhero group of celebrity friends one last time on Monday for a good cause: to encourage people to get ready for Election Day.

Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, James Franco, Keegan Michael Key, Julianne Moore and more appear in the nearly minutelong clip, released by Whedon’s Save the Day super PAC.

The celebs run through some basic Election Day scenarios, asking voters to make a plan for the big day Tuesday (like where to vote and how to get there), while also reminding the audience that no one can stop them from exercising their right to vote. Johansson even offers to drive the audience to the polls, despite the fact that she’s not the greatest behind the wheel.

“I would say to the people who have given up, you need one day of hope,” Whedon said of the new ― and last ― video in his series of election ads, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

The director added, “I can’t convince the people who are voting for Trump not to. I can’t convince the people who are going to throw away their vote on a third party not to do that. But there are the people who aren’t going to bother, the ones who throw up their hands. Those are the people we’re trying to talk to, to remind them that outside of all this horror there is this beautiful thing that we have called Democracy.”

Let’s do it, people! Vote on Tuesday!
