So, you're looking for a date to the Marine Corps Ball? Why not ask one of the most popular and successful athletes in the world right now?

A bold Marine, Jarrod Haschert, did just that when he asked UFC champion (and all-around badass) Ronda Rousey to be his date for the event in December -- a request that's since been viewed over five million times.

Hey guys, I'm trying to take Ronda Rousey to the Marine Corps Ball this year and I need your help to reach out to her and her fans. Please share this post and video. Thank you!!

Unfortunately for him, Rousey had to decline becasue she'd be in the height of her preparation for her upcoming fight, which was scheduled for January.

Well, now that the match has been pushed to November, TMZ caught up with Rousey, who said she's game to go.

“I would go for sure,” Rousey said, but added that's she not sure how to reach the Marine. "I don't know how to hit him up and say like, 'Yeah, I wanna go with you.'"

She continued, “Do I call him? Or do I set up a time and place like 'Never Been Kissed' and just show up and have him waiting there until the clock runs out and be like, ‘I’m here!'?"

As if we could love Rousey any more, she takes it one step further with a classic "Never Been Kissed" reference. Not to get ahead of ourselves, BUT WOULDN'T IT BE PERFECT IF THEIR DATE WENT SOMETHING LIKE THIS?

Rousey did have a few stipulations though. Haschert has to also find some dates for Rousey's friends, so they can all go. And, she said, Haschert has to be a gentleman, which we're sure he will be. She is the current UFC women's bantamweight champion, after all.

UPDATE: Our lucky Marine has been informed that Ronda has accepted his invite, TMZ reported. Haschert said he'll have no problem lining up some dates for Ronda's friends as well. We're just looking forward to the prom-esque snaps.
