Scout Willis Arrested: Demi Moore's Daughter Busted For Underage Drinking, Fake ID In New York

Scout Willis Busted In New York For Underage Drinking, Fake ID

Just months after Scout Willis claimed that her graphic tweets were all a "hoax" for a college class, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore has found herself in hot water again. The New York Daily News reports that the 20-year-old was arrested in New York on Monday evening for underage drinking (an 8-ounce Pakistani beer, if you must know). The crime was made worse by the fact that Willis was drinking outdoors in public -- in Union Square -- and first tried to pass off fake identification to the transit cop who questioned her.

"My name is Scout Willis… The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly," Willis allegedly told the cop, in reference to the name on the fake ID.

Willis was charged with criminal impersonation and violating New York's open container law, both misdemeanors; she was released on bail early Tuesday morning.

Willis, an aspiring singer, attends Brown University in Providence, R.I. In March, she performed in New York as the vocalist of the band Gus + Scout at Rockwood Music Hall (the other half of the band? Gus Wenner, son of Rolling Stone founder Jann Wenner). Meanwhile, older sister Rumer Willis, 23, has also been working on her singing career, mostly performing at Los Angeles locations and with the support of former stepdad Ashton Kutcher.
