A woman at a Chicago branch of the Illinois Secretary of State was charged today with accepting $1,000 to create a fake driver's license.
LaCalamita used official equipment to make the fake license in September of 2009, according to authorities. She allegedly combined the man's photo and address with his cousin's information on the license.
