Selena Gomez Misses 'Wizards Of Waverly Place' (EXCLUSIVE)

Selena Gomez MIsses 'Wizards Of Waverly Place' (EXCLUSIVE)

Ever since she left her hit Disney show "Wizards of Waverly Place" last May, Selena Gomez's career has been hotter than ever.

The half-Mexican mini-mogul has a hot new movie career ("Monte Carlo," "Spring Breakers"), an equally hot music career (who doesn't love the songs "Love You Like A Love Song" and "Who Says?"), a new perfume, and a high profile relationship with fellow teen superstar, Justin Bieber.

But Selena is a down to earth girl, and she has a big heart, so it's not surprising that in spite of all of this success she's enjoying, the Mexican singer/actress misses working on the show that made her a star, Disney's "Wizards of Waverly Place."

Earlier this week, after ABC Family's hit show "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" aired its 100th episode, we asked that show's star Francia Raisa how long she plans to stay with the show. Raisa, who's half-Mexican and half-Honduran, told us she plans to stay "as long as they'll have me," and said her friend (fellow Mexicana Selena Gomez) is part of the reason for her decision. "I talk to my friends whose shows have ended," Francia explained. "Like Selena Gomez, when Wizards ended, and she was like, 'I miss it so much, like it was a part of my life for four years and now that it's gone, I want to go back,' Francia explained. "I feel like I'd have the same feeling," she added.

Last May, Gomez spoke to Latina Magazine about leaving "Wizards." "The thing I will miss the most is going to be the stability," she said. "These people know me better than anybody. I’ve been through relationships, friendships, ups and downs while I’ve been here and it’s always stayed here. My cast and crew here love me and they protect me. I’m going to keep my relationship with these people. These are friends I’ve made for life," she explained.
