Unrest, Tuscadero, True Love Always, Jonny Cohen
To celebrate 26 years of Teen Beat Records, founder Mark Robinson is getting his old band, Unrest, back together for the first time in 15 years. Growing up in the suburbs of Boston, the band released their first compilation cassette, "Extremism in the Defense of Liberty Is No Vice" in 1985, while they were still in high school. Going on to rock the DC Hardcore scene with Unrest, Robinson's label, Teen Beat went on to foster a wide range of eclectic, indie bands.
