After meeting Arianna Huffington a few months ago, she suggested I use what I've learned as a songwriting major to help with the Sleep Revolution movement. Songs like "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead" by Bon Jovi are catchy (and fabulously '90s) but spread dangerous rhetoric regarding sleep. Sleep is vitally important to our functionality, which is why I rewrote the lyrics to Bon Jovi's song in this parody emphasizing the importance of rest. I hope you enjoy it!
