Small Space Ideas: Turn A Kitchen Counter Into A Buffet For Easy Entertaining (VIDEO)

Many of us love entertaining at home but don't have enough room to serve a large group of friends. Especially, if we don't have a dining room for a sit-down dinner. But here's a great small space idea that will completely change the way you party: Just use your kitchen counters as a buffet.

Really, it's more of a great organization tip. Simply designate a zone for snacks, one for utensils and one for cocktails. (For the latter, it's best to keep bottles and garnishes near the sink in case of spills.) And just because it's functional doesn't mean you can't have a little bit of flair: A tiered serving piece is a pretty way to offer up food, while taking up the "footprint" of a single tray.
