Looking forward to sitting down with a glass of eggnog and tuning in to watch "It's A Wonderful Life" this Saturday? NBC has other plans for you.

The network has decided to encore last week's "Sound Of Music Live!" on Dec. 14, meaning the classic Christmas movie will be bumped to Dec. 20.

Although Carrie Underwood's portrayal of Maria von Trapp was slammed by critics and longtime "Sound Of Music" fans, we can't exactly blame NBC for wanting to re-air the special. After all, 18.47 million viewers tuned in for its original Dec. 5 broadcast, making it the most-watched non-sports night since the 2007 Golden Globes.

"Sound Of Music Live!" will air on Sat., Dec. 14 at 8 p.m. EST; "It's A Wonderful Life" will now air on Fri., Dec. 20 at 8 p.m. EST.
