One thing's for sure, you won't see any travelers belting out "Proud Mary" karaoke-style when the O'Hare location for Stanley's Kitchen & Tap opens Feb. 26 in Terminal 2.

But they'll get to experience the down-home flavors for which the Lincoln Park institution has become known, including fried chicken, Southern-style brunch and more.

According to an Ultimate Insider, the owners have partnered with the Chicago Blackhawks for this venture, which means that it'll be pretty sports-oriented as well.

While you wait for it to open, head down to the original location for Meltdown Thursdays, when SKT is doing six different grilled cheese, including Aged Farm House Cheddar with Black Forest Ham; Grilled Pineapple, Ricotta and Habenero; and Duck Confit, Fig Jam, Brie and Arugula. For an additional $2, it comes with a mug of creamy tomato and basil soup.

Yum.
