Taylor Swift Sends Plane For Conor Kennedy; Family 'Doesn't Know When He Will Be Back' Or 'If They Eloped'

'No One In Hyannis Port Would Be Surprised If They Eloped'

After crashing a Kennedy wedding and snubbing the mother-of-the-bride, you'd think Taylor Swift would be on her best behavior.

Alas, this isn't so.

Swift reportedly sent a private plane to Hyannis Port, Mass., to pick up her 18-year-old boyfriend Conor Kennedy after she had to leave his side just one week ago, according to the New York Post's Page Six. Swift is apparently so smitten with Kennedy that she could not bear to be away from him.

An anonymous source recounted the story to Page Six:

Taylor missed Conor so much, she sent a plane for him a few days later. He’s been with her ever since, and his family doesn’t know when he will be back. Things have become so serious between them so fast that no one in Hyannis Port would be surprised if they eloped.

Eloped?! The possibility of the country superstar actually marrying the teenager, who is a rising junior at the prestigious Deerfield Academy boarding school, seems a bit absurd; but some have been weighing in on the what-if.

Vanity Fair's Alyssa Bereznak turned to the magazine's in-house boarding-school expert, Alex Polkinghorn, to determine how the couple could make it work while Kennedy stays enrolled in school.

Do private academies such as Deerfield require permission slips for events such as wisdom tooth removals or spontaneous weddings?

O.O.T.s (Out of Towns) are required in order to leave the campus overnight. However, one’s parents do have carte blanche. So should the Kennedys decide they would like Conor to marry, they could take him out for the day. Much more than that and he would likely fall too far behind in his sports practices to be allowed to participate in the Saturday afternoon games.

"Should this [an elopement] transpire, the Swift-Kennedys would no doubt run the risk of violating the Deerfield Academy dormitory policy on erotic rendezvous, which states that sexual intimacy, 'while a normal and healthy aspect of adult life," is not permitted at the school,'" Weaver wrote about an elopement. "Also, dorm room doors must be open 'as wide as the room's trash can and a light source must be visible' when opposite or same sex couples visit one another in the dorms."

Adding, "School night visiting hours end at 9:45 p.m. for Juniors."

However highly unlikely it is that Swift will marry her Kennedy beau, it is still fun to speculate. Plus, the couple has been none-too-shy about their romance since it began last month.

Swift and Kennedy began dating in July. They have been spotted kissing and holding hands at the sprawling Kennedy compound. The multimillionaire singer even purchased a $4.9 million home across the street from Kennedy's grandmother, Ethel.

Love sure makes her do some crazy things.
