'The Big Bang Theory': Sheldon Says His Work Is Suffering Because Of All The Coitus With Amy (VIDEO)

There were two major Sheldon-centric developments on this week's episode of "The Big Bang Theory." The first was when he had to admit that someone else's physics work was superior to his own. Even worse, that person was Kripke. But the second came as a result of Kripke calling him out on his sub-par work.

Kripke asked him if his work was suffering because of all the coitus he was enjoying with Amy. Desperate to save face, Sheldon agreed. At home, he told Leonard to back him on this story, which got Penny interested. "So are you saying there is a chance that Amy and you might get physical?" she asked.

Uncharacteristically, Sheldon responded, "There is a possibility." Penny couldn't believe Sheldon was opening up about himself like that, or that he was considering taking things to the next level with Amy. If Amy finds out about this, she's going to lose her mind.
