'The Week The Women Went': Mom Quits After Two Days

The social experiment playing out on "The Week the Women Went" (Tue., 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime) is explained pretty well in the title. But apparently Misty didn't realize just how long a week was. After two days, she decided that she simply couldn't stand to be away from her family for that long and wanted out.

She said she tried the experiment -- for two days -- and learned in that time that she can't live without her family. "They’re all I have and there’s nothing more important than them and I just, if they were here, I would be fine, but I just can’t do it without them," she said.

So she didn't. Instead, Mindy went back home to be reunited with her husband and kids. While the experiment was supposed to test how the men would fare without the women around, an interesting side-result was observing how the women fared without their families by their sides.

In Misty's case, she didn't fare well at all.

"The Week the Women Went" continues Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
