The Miami Heat's Big Three will rightfully be able to call themselves the "Three Kings" when they lead a major New Year's celebration in Miami.

Univision announced Wednesday that 2012 NBA champs LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh will grand marshall the 2013 Parada de los Reyes Magos (Three Kings Parade) through the streets of the city's historically Cuban enclave, Little Havana.

“We are thrilled with this opportunity to honor LeBron, Dwyane and Chris as the Grand Marshals of our Parade,” said Claudia Puig, Univision Radio's senior vice president, in a statement.

The event will take place January 20 beginning at noon, parading west down Calle Ocho from Fourth Avenue near Brickell into the heart of Little Havana at 17th Avenue.

2013 marks the second time Heat players have been asked to headline the parade. Mere months after joining the Heat and promising Miami fans a trophy, the always loquacious Shaq served as the parade's honorary chair.

Currently in its 43rd year in the Magic City, the Three Kings parade is a major tradition amongst the world's Spanish-speaking communities, with notable U.S. festivals occurring annually in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Also known as Epiphany, The Day of Three Kings is a Christian feast traditionally celebrated after New Year's Day to commemorate the Biblical discovery and celebration of the nativity of Jesus by the three Magis, or kings.
