Tia Mowry of Sister, Sister fame has never been shy about speaking her mind about women's issues, so when people started commenting on her body on Instagram, she had a few things to say about it.

In an interview with HuffPost Live, Mowry talked about how frustrating it is that people keep commenting on her weight gain. She says she constantly has to dispel rumors that she's pregnant again, and calls it a form of body shaming.

"We live in a society that is so obsessed with being perfect," she said. "It's almost like what Beyonce said -- I'm obsessed with Beyonce, I love her -- she said 'perfection is like a disease.'"

She went on to talk about the constant scrutiny her body faces, and how she hopes we can work to be more supportive of different body types, especially for women.

The story got a ton of attention on Facebook, as it should, because this is common sense stuff we should all keep in mind.
