The co-hosts of "Today" came back from London to some set changes on Monday.

Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Natalie Morales and Al Roker have been covering the Olympics since late July. It was back to the grind on Monday, when they got off a double decker bus parked in front of 30 Rock.

Matt pointed out some remodeling: studio 1A got a new exterior wall with a huge LCD screen. The construction piqued some interest while the hosts were away.

"They also remodeled the hot tub in your dressing room," Matt joked to Savannah.

"You know what's good about this screen?" Savannah returned. "That big picture of yourself you've been wanting to hang — it's going to look great there."
